How much does it cost to join Rentapa?
Nothing. There is no joining fee and no monthly fee. You only pay for the customer requests you decide to buy.
How does payment work?
You buy credits in pounds and use them to unlock the requests that interest you. The price of each request, in credits, is shown before you buy and depends on the type of machine, the duration and the estimated value of the job.
What do I see before buying a request?
The job description, the machine and size, the attachments, the dates, the site area (town, county and region) and the approximate value of the job. The customer’s contact details become available after you buy.
Are requests sold to several companies?
No. Each request is exclusive: it is sold to one company only. Once bought, it is no longer available to anyone else.
How do you make sure a request is genuine?
Before we publish a request, we contact the customer to confirm they really want to hire and to check the details of the job, the dates and the location.
Which requests will I receive?
You get alerts for requests in the areas where you work and for equipment you have or can supply. You set the filters: areas, machines and other preferences.
Does Rentapa take a commission on the hire?
No. After you buy the request, you contact the customer directly and agree the price and terms. The contract and invoicing belong to your company.
Do I have to buy requests?
No. You see the requests that match your filters and buy only the ones you want.
Will there be a dashboard for hire companies?
Yes, we are building a dashboard where you set your filters, get notified of new requests and manage your credits. Until then we send requests to you by email or phone.
